  • Telsim SüperNet offers ADSL and WDSL (wireless) connection type options.
  • For both connection types, your internet speed may change depending on the geographical and natural  conditions.
  • Wifi works through antennas. Your locations’s eligibility due to natural conditions and subscriber density is determined after the inspection.
  • In Wifi connections, there is no installation fee for packages of 3 month and more.
  • For Wifi connections, CPE antennas and PoE adapters are registered to the subscriber. The subscriber should return the items after the contract ends.
  • To use ADSL service, you need to have a land line given to you by the Telecom Department. If you have a land line, Telsim will handle application and service delivery with your authorization.
  • To use ADSL service, Telecom Department should be giving ADSL port service in your area.
  • In ADSL service, in addition to SüperNet’s prices Telecom Department has an initial fee of 25 TL + VAT in the first month and 15 TL + VAT in the following months.
  • Packages are purchased through prepaid subscription. Fee of unused months fee is not returned.
  • For ADSL connection type, you need an ADSL modem. You can buy a modem from Telsim Shops.
  • You can subscribe or renew your package through Telsim Shops, Online Services and Call center (444 0 542).
  • Telsim reserves the right to end, prolong or change the campaign.


WIFI

  • What is SüperNet?
  • Telsim SUPERNET is a super fast fixed ADSL and Wireless (WDSL) internet service provided by Vodafone Mobile Operations Ltd. under Internet Service Provider license as of December 2015.

  • What is Wireless Internet? What are its advantages and disadvantages?
  • In WDSL, internet service is given through antennas installed on the roof of the subscriber. Antenna is connected to a wireless router inside the house through a cable.

  • What are WDSL package options?
  • You can buy your prepaid ADSL packages at Telsim shops, Telsim SüperNet sales points and Telsim Call center (444 0 542) with 3-6 and 12 month and 1-2 and 4 Mbps options. 

  • Is there an installation fee in WDSL?
  • There is no installation fee with subscriptions on 3 months and more. In 3 and 6 month subscriptions there is 2 TL fee per meter of cable. In yearly subscriptions there is no cable fee up to 20 m.

  • When will the installation be?
  • The representatives will call you in 3 business days after your application and get an appointment for installation.

  • How can I use WDSL at home or my workplace? What do I need?
  • You can either connect a single computer with a LAN cable or multiply wireless or wired connections with a SüperNet Router. You can purchase a Router from Telsim Shops or SüperNet Sales points.

  • Where can I see my WDSL subscription period?
  • You can use Online Services for anything related to your subscription. You can also see subscription start and end dates there. You can also call the call center (444 0 542). Also, we will send you an SMS 3 days prior to end of your subscription.

  • How can I renew my WDSL package?
  • You can renew your package through Telsim Shops, Online Services and Call center.

  • Can I cancel or return the remaining months of my WDSL package?
  • Unfortunately no. The packages are prepaid and can not be refunded.

  • How can I cancel my WDSL subscription?
  • You can cancel through Telsim Shops, SüperNet sales points or call center. Our technical team will call you within 3 business days and after all the installed items are retrieved your cancellation will be completed.

  • The antenna or the converter is not working. What should I do?
  • Except for natural causes, all breakdowns are regarded as user’s fault. Any inventory replacement/repair will be charged to the subscriber.

  • What is Fair Usage Quota? How does it affect connection speed?

  • What is Wireless Internet? What are its advantages and disadvantages?
  • ADSL is a connection type where the subcscriber is connected to internet through an asymetric connection to the land line. Apart from the ISP, there is also a fee paid to the Telecom Department. Telecom Department has an initial fee of 25 TL + VAT in the first month and 15 TL + 16% VAT in the following months.

  • I don’t have a land line but I want to use ADSL. What should I do?
  • First you should apply to Telecom Department and start a land line subscription. You should also check if your location has ADSL port service. After your line is activated, we will make the ADSL application on your behalf.

  • I have a land line but it does not have ADSL port. What should I do?
  • Unfortunately we can not give you ADSL service unless you have port service in your area. However you can use SüperNet WDSL (wireless) internet.

  • How can I use ADSL at home or my workplace? What do I need?
  • ADSL lets you use internet through phone connection with DSL signal. You need an ADSL modem to convert DSL signal to internet. You can also split your phone connection with a SPLITTER and use both internet and the phone at the same time.

  • Where can I buy ADSL modem?
  • You can buy a SüperNet ADSL modem at Telsim Shops and SüperNet sales points. It come with a splitter.

  • What are ADSL package options?
  • You can buy your prepaid ADSL packages at Telsim shops, Telsim SüperNet sales points and Telsim Call center (444 0 542) with 3-6 and 12 month and 1-2 and 4 Mbps options..

  • What should I do after purchasing ADSL subscription?
  • We deliver your ADSL subscription documents to Telecom Department and start the process. In new subscriptions, Telecom Department starts the ADSL service within 2 weeks. After the service is activated, your SüperNet subsciption automatically starts and we send you an SMS to inform that you have DSL signal in your home or workplace.
