Our Telsim Culture

As KKTC Telsim, we know that in order to get the best performance and to win in all markets strategy alone is not enough, we also need to apply it a stead and swift manner.

The only way for us to work together and efficiently is to adopt a common way of doing business, so we structured it under the name of Our Telsim Culture.


Our common goal is to ensure that Telsim is a liked company, and to establish an emotional and rational perception which is expressed as "I'm happy to have a connection between me and the brand".

And as with the 'Speed', we ask for additional data and informations only if we really need it. We ensure our own responsibilities and the responsibilities of others are open and clear so that they can easily be understood by our teams and act fast accordingly.
