Terms and Conditions

  • Only TRNC citizens can benefit from the 12-month committed payment option.
  • Subscribers will be able to benefit from this campaign with a 12-month commitment or cash (credit card) payment. Subscribers who do not meet the device criteria will be able to benefit from this campaign in advance.
  • Subscribers who benefit from the campaign on a committed basis cannot cancel their tariffs or switch to a sub-package during the commitment period. However, the subscriber can switch to the upper package upon request
  • The monthly voice, sms and data usage earned by the subscriber within the scope of the tariff cannot be transferred to third parties.
  • For subscribers who cancel their line and/or campaign before the relevant commitment period expires, the remaining month's device installment fee will be reflected on their invoice as a withdrawal fee.
  • A GSM number will be able to benefit from only one device campaign at a time.
  • If the subscribers are new subscribers to the package, the entrance to the campaign is instant, and the price and usage capacity are calculated according to the remaining days of the first billing period and offered for use "evenly divided".
  • Existing data package users will be able to enter the campaign as of the end of the period.

Who Can Benefit?

General

  • Existing/new (in advance), individual/corporate postpaid line subscribers will be able to benefit from the campaign.
  • The tariffs that can benefit from the campaign are specified in the Pricing tab.
  • Subscribers who meet the device criteria will be able to benefit from this campaign in cash (payment by credit card) or with a 24-month commitment, while subscribers who do not comply will only be able to benefit from this campaign in cash.
  • Any line of the subscriber must not have been hanged in the last 12 months.
  • If a subscriber who has experienced call hang-up has made a payment within 5 days, it is considered to be compliant with the criteria (not experienced call hang-up).

For TRNC Citizens;

  • In order for a subscriber to participate in this contracted campaign in a way that is fully reflected on his bill, he must have a postpaid voice line for at least 12 months or longer and with an invoice total of 500 TL or more for the last 6 months.
  • Only TRNC citizens can benefit from the non-prepayment commitment model.

For TC and Other Nationalities;

  • In order for a subscriber to participate in this contracted campaign in a way that is fully reflected on his invoice, he must have a postpaid voice line for at least 24 months or longer and with an invoice total of 500 TL or more for the last 6 months.
