1) Do I have to pay early termination fee if I cancel my tariff before 6 months while using 10 numara tariff?
- Number 10 Tariff is sold only with commitment. If you want to cancel your tariff before 6 months are up, 30 TL per month used is reflected in the final invoice as early termination fee.
- Ex: A subscriber that cancelled or changed their tariff after 3 months of usage will have 30 x 3 = 90 TL early termination fee in their last invoice.
2) Can I become a 10 numara tariff subscriber without a contract?
- You can subscribe only with a contract. Contract cancellation fee is 30 TL per month for each month of usage.
3) Can I get packages like 150 minutes or 2.5 GB?
- You can create the tariff in 100-minute increments, 1GB increments, and 100 SMS increments.
