Virtual Vodafone Pay card is an instrument of payment which doesn't physically exist, has a card number, expiry date, CVC code and can be used in online payments. You may spend what you load on your virtual card. All registered users may use virtual Vodafone Pay card.

What is physical Vodafone Pay card? Who can use it?

Vodafone Pay also gives you a physical card option. You may do ATM transactions and shopping with your physical Vodafone Pay card easily.

What transactions can I do with my physical Vodafone Pay card?

No, you cannot activate your physical Vodafone Pay card after you delete it.

How can I load money to my Vodafone Pay card?

You may load money from credit/debit card or by EFT/remittance to your Vodafone Pay card from Load Money section of Vodafone Pay or you may load money to your card from TurkishBank branches, Telsim Shops or ATMs.

Where can I use my Vodafone Pay card?

Virtual Vodafone Pay card is available at all websites which use Mastercard. Physical Vodafone Pay card is available at all websites and shops which use Mastercard.

How many Vodafone Pay cards I may have?

You may get 1 virtual and 4 physical Vodafone Pay cards on a phone number.

What is my Vodafone Pay card PIN and how can I change it?

After you press the Vodafone Pay button on My Vodafone dashboard, you may change your password from Card Settings>Change PIN.

If you change your PIN before you use your card, you may do transaction by using your new PIN. If you change your PIN after using the ard, you need to use your old PIN for once, then you need to use your new PIN. After that you may use your new PIN for all transactions.

How can I withdraw the cash in my Vodafone Pay card?

You may withdraw the cash in your physical Vodafone Pay card from all ATMs.

Can I transfer money between my Vodafone Pay cards?

Yes, you may transfer money between your Vodafone Pay cards. You may do this from Send Money>Send Between Vodafone Pay Cards on Vodafone Pay.

Yes, you may change your online shopping settings from Card Settings>E-Commerce Settings on Vodafone Pay

Can I register to Vodafone Pay with the same ID card but more than one phone number?

No, it's not possible to register Vodafone Pay with the same ID card but more than one phone number.

What is the time limit for EFT?

The limit is 2 hours for EFT.

The transactions which is done between 09:00-16:00 on weekdays will be reflected within the same day. The transactions which is done after 16:00 on weekdays will be reflected on the day after.

During summer, the transactions which is done before 13:00 on Wednesdays will be reflected within the same day. The transactions which is done after 13:00 on Wednesdays will be reflected on the day after.

What is the time limit for E-Payment System transactions?

The limit is 1 hour for E-Payment System transactions.

Winter months: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 08:50 - 15:50

Thursday: 08:50 - 16:00

Central Bank will announce the change for summer months.
