Fundamentals
  • Subscribers can benefit from this campaign with a 10-month commitment or by making a one-time (credit card) payment. Subscribers who do not meet the device criteria can benefit from this campaign by making a one-time payment.
  • Subscribers benefiting from the campaign with a commitment cannot cancel their tariffs or switch to lower packages during the commitment period. However, upon subscriber request, they can switch to higher packages.
  • The monthly voice, SMS, and data usage earned within the scope of the subscription cannot be transferred to third parties.
  • Subscribers who cancel their line and/or campaign before the end of the commitment period will be charged the remaining monthly device installment amount as a cancellation fee on the remaining invoice.
  • A GSM number can only benefit from one device campaign at a time.
  • For subscribers joining the campaign as new subscribers to the package, the entry into the campaign is instantaneous, and the fee and usage capacity are calculated and "equally divided" based on the remaining days of the first billing period.
  • Entry into the campaign for users with existing data packages will be at the end of the period.
  • Services not included in the package will be charged separately.
  • As documentation, a device commitment contract must be signed.
  • In case the commitment expires before the validity period of the commitment letter; if the subscription established with VMOLTip GSM Subscription Agreement is terminated unilaterally by the subscriber or terminated by VMOL due to the subscriber's failure to fulfill its obligations, or if the line is canceled or transferred by the subscriber, if the subscriber cancels their existing tariff, or fails to pay the invoices related to the GSM subscription; in addition to all accumulated invoice debts until the date of non-compliance with the commitment letter, the penalty amount will be reflected on the subscriber's first invoice.
  • 3G coverage may vary depending on the coverage area and geographical conditions. The 3G internet speed may vary depending on network congestion, the device used, and the site accessed. If 3G coverage cannot be provided, super-fast mobile internet cannot be used; however, depending on device/service compatibility, the mobile internet service can be maintained by switching to EDGE/GPRS connection.
  • Subscribers can benefit from the campaign by visiting Telsim Shops and requesting a device.
Terms & Conditions
  • Eligible subscribers can benefit from the campaign by paying cash or with a 10 month contract.
  • Subscribers who benefit from this campaign with a 10 month contract cannot cancel or downgrade their tariffs during the contract period. Subscribers can upgrade their tariffs if they wish.
  • Monthly minutes, SMS and data included in the tariff cannot be transferred to another subscriber.
  • Subscribers who cancel their line or campaign before the contract period ends will get the early termination fee as the months of payment left x monthly device price included in their bill.
  • A GSM number can only benefit from one device campaign at the same time.
  • In instant new tariff subscriptions, the first month’s bill will be calculated according to the number of days left in that month from the date of the subscription.
  • Current data bundle subscribers will benefit from the campaign by the following month.
  • Any additional content service will be additionally charged.
  • As a document, the device contract must be signed.
  • Before the expiry of the commitment period; In the event that subscription which is done by VMOL Tip GSM Subscription Agreement cancel by subscriber or unfulfilled obligations happen by subscriber; VMOL reserves the right. In addition to all, debts accumulated until the date of contradiction to the commitment, the amount of the penal clause will be reflected on the first bill of that subscription.
  • Subscribers can benefit from the campaign by coming to Vodafone Shops.
  • For devices with a Vmol cash sale price below 3500 TL, the screen protection package 1 is valid and it is charged 39 TL * for 12 months.
  • For devices with a Vmol cash price of 3500 TL and above, the screen protection package 2 is valid and 69 TL * is charged for 12 months.
  • Subscribers will have the right to repair screen damage for 1 year.
  • Only once in a year will be entitled to repair the device damage caused by screen and screen damage.
  • In case of screen damage, the motherboard is damaged and replacement is required, the motherboard will be repaired at additional cost. The subscriber will be contacted for approval, if the fee is approved, the device will be repaired completely, if not, only the screen will be repaired and delivered to the subscriber.
  • 25% service discount will be offered for other out of warranty damages.
  • Free logistics service will be provided.
  • No backup device service will be provided.
Who Can Benefit?

General Existing and new (cash) postpaid subscribers can benefit from the campaign. Eligible tariffs are indicated in the Pricing tab. Non-eligible subscribers can purchase the device in cash (credit card), eligible subscribers can purchase the device with a contract in installments extra to their monthly plan. There must be no account suspension in the last 12 months (except for paying within 5 days of suspension). For TRNC Citizens: Subscriber’s account must be at least 12 months old and last 3 month’s total bill must be 100 TL or higher. ** For TC and Other Country Citizens:** Subscriber’s account must be at least 24 months old and last 3 month’s total bill must be 100 TL or higher.
