Yes, you can transfer your line to another customer.
If the person taking over the line is a first-degree relative and there is a device, Telsim Home Internet, or tariff linked to the line, the transferee will be exempt from the early termination fee.
If the transferee is not a first-degree relative, the transfer can still be completed by paying the early termination fee.
You can find your PIN/PUK codes in the My Vodafone app under Settings → PIN/PUK Details.
To access My Vodafone, you need a password.
If you don’t know your password, you can request one by sending a free SMS with the letter S to 7000.
You can only request number portability for lines registered in your name or billed to you.
If the line is not registered in your name, the portability request must be made by the line owner.
Line restriction disables outgoing calls and messages.
Once restricted, you will not be able to make calls, send SMS, or use mobile data.
When your line is reactivated, a 40 TL service fee will apply.
