To cancel your subscription, write İPTAL (CANCEL) and send it to 8484 or you can choose cancel option from the menu.
Terms & Conditions
- The monthly fee is 7 TL including all taxes.
- Individual subscribers can receive Red Passport tariffs for a maximum of 3 of their personal lines and on the other hand institutional subscribers can have a maximum of 10 of their corporate lines.
- Turkey and the TRNC call made abroad with a price of 1.2 TL /minute are limited to 100 minutes per month for each subscriber.
- Subscribers who connected to the Vodafone operator in the Vodafone country, (Except for Maritime Service in Vodafone Malta), calling Turkey direction (Vodafone, Turkcell, and Turk Telekom) and TRNC direction (KKTC Telsim, KKTCell, and Telekominikasyon Dairesi) pay 1.2 TL/minute (30 seconds charge period).
- When switching to the Red Passport tariff, the lines of the subscribers will be automatically opened to roaming. Charging period is 60 seconds
