  • Contract covers 12 months.

  • Subscriber who is with the new activations can benefit from the tariffs for the initial tariff selection. Transferring old tariffs to these tariffs will not be possible. MNP, new and postpaid (who is newly changing from pre-paid) subscribers can only choose this tariff for the first tariff.
  • iStop tariff’s minutes are valid for calls to the local direction and Turkey.
  • Abroad calls will be automatically closed for iStop tariff activation. Subscribers may open the option off abroad calls by calling customer service.
  • Standard charges apply for international calls.
  • Additional package limit;
    • iStop L subscribers can buy up to 4 times minutes, 4 times SMS and 4 times internet in the same month.
    • iStop M subscribers can buy up to 3 times minutes, 3 times SMS and 3 times internet in the same month.
    • iStop S subscribers can buy up to 2 times minutes, 2 times SMS and 2 times internet in the same month.
  • You can purchase additional packages via SMS.
    • By texting DAKIKA 100 or dakika 100 to 8008
    • By texting SMS 100 or sms 100 to 8008
    • By texting INTERNET 1 or data 1 to 8008 is enough to send.
  • You must make purchases by sending an SMS for each unit according to the subscriber's order and within the above limits. Example: To buy 200 additional minutes, you have to send DAIKIKA 100 twice to 8008 by 2 times.
  • Subscribers can learn remaining minutes, SMS and data by texting KALAN/kalan to 8484
  • If the customer wants to close the line in case of own purpose or indebtedness: 20 TL x used months or remained months x tariff fee (less one) will be charged for termination fee.
  • Subscribers’ commitment will automatically be renewed for the next 12 months at the end of the commitment period.
  • Subscribers who use the subscription can not use the Devreden Feature. Tariff content or purchased content can not be transferred.
  • Data which is in package content is valid in Turkey.
  • Gift minutes is only to KKTCELL direction and indicated per annum.
  • Minutes which are gifted, are annual. By dividing into 12 months, your line will be defined every month. The tariff does not include MTTU tax of 0,95 TL.

Frequently Asked Questions

I do not want to have a surprise invoice, my package is iStop M, will I have to pay a surcharge when I finish my minutes?

There is absolutely no overpayment on iStop Tariffs! In the meantime, if you finish which content you are in during your billing period (Minute, Internet, SMS), that feature of your line will be stopped. That is why you are going to get rid of the extra use and exceeding bother. If you wish, you will be able to reuse your content, which ends in a month, in special packages for only 11 TL.

When minutes of iStop tariffs for the other operator are exhausted, will I not be able to call the other operator?

You could do it. In iStop tariffs, there are extra minutes to the other operator's direction as much as half of all direction minutes. When you initiate a call in this direction, your extra minutes will diminish first. Once these minutes are finished, you will be able to take advantage of the "All Direction" minutes remaining in your package to make the call in the same direction again. If you finish your existing minutes in the month, your call for all directions will be restricted this time.

Can I call anywhere when my calls are restricted for all directions?

Telsim Vodafone customer services (444 0 542) and all calls except emergency numbers will be restricted. You will be protected from the limit-exceeding fee and high billing problem. If you wish for your instant call needs, you can buy extra minutes via SMS, or with Telsim Vodafone customer service.

I use the iStop S tariff, I have finished my minutes before the billing date, and my calls have stopped. What do I need to do to make a call?

You can reload your finished contents, for this case 100 minutes, until the end of the month for 11TL. To get this advantage you should text DAIKIKA 100 by sending a free message to 8008. You can add minutes for additional 11 TL to your tariff.

Can I refill all content that is finished in iStop tariffs?

Yes, you can reload your content separately for each content (Minute, Internet and SMS), as 100 DK 11 TL, 1 GB 11 TL, 100 SMS 11 TL. You can also increase your content with the additional package. For this, you need to text, “DAKIKA 100” for minutes, “SMS 100” for SMS, “INTERNET 1” for Internet to 8008.

Are there any limitations on content adding?

Yes, there is an upper limit on additional content bundle based on the content properties of the tariffs. Namely;

iStop L subscribers can buy up to 4 times minutes, 4 times SMS and 4 times internet in the same month. iStop M subscribers can buy up to 3 times minutes, 3 times SMS and 3 times internet in the same month. iStop S subscribers can buy up to 2 times minutes, 2 times SMS and 2 times internet in the same month.

Will I be able to use the unused Internet and SMS in the next month, which is included in the package and I buy extra?

No, content that is included in your tariff and that you purchase extra can only be used within that month, not transferred to the next month. The Vodafone Devreden feature does not apply to these tariffs.

I use iStop tariffs, do I pay a penalty if I leave before 12 months?

The iStop tariff is valid only with the commitment. 20 TL per month used is reflected in the last invoice for the termination fee.

For example, a subscriber who changed tariff or terminated his/her subscription after 3 months from initial commitment should pay 20TL * 3Month = 60TL for the termination fee in the last invoice.

Can be a member of iStop tariff without any commitment?

There will be no participation to iStop tariff without commitment. 20 TL per month used is the termination fee.

Can I change the tariff during the commitment period?

You have right only to change upper package without penalty.

Can I buy a device with the iStop tariff?
