- • Telsim customers can benefit from the Screen Protection Package either with a cash payment or with a 12‑month commitment added to their tariff.
- • Telsim customers who benefit from the Screen Protection Package with a 12‑month commitment cannot cancel their package or switch to a lower package during the contract period. However, they may switch to a higher package if they wish.
- • If Telsim customers cancel the commitment campaign, an early termination fee will be reflected on their bill equal to the remaining number of months × the monthly service fee.
- • A single GSM number can benefit from only one Screen Protection Insurance for one device at a time.
- • If the GSM Subscription Agreement is terminated by the subscriber before the commitment period ends, or if the subscriber fails to fulfill their obligations, Telsim reserves its rights. In addition, any accumulated debts up to the date of the breach and the penalty amount will be reflected on the subscriber’s next invoice.
- • For devices with a cash price of 14,999 TL or below, the Screen Protection Package is charged at 230 TL per month for 12 months.

- • Under the Screen Protection Package, Telsim customers are entitled to repair screen-related and screen‑caused device damages once per year.
- • If the screen is damaged and the motherboard is also damaged and needs replacement, motherboard repair will be done for an additional fee. The customer will be contacted for approval; if the fee is approved, the device will be fully repaired. If not approved, only the screen will be repaired and returned to the customer.
