- With the Red Passport Option, you can use all your tariff minutes, SMS, and internet abroad in the following 200 countries.
- The Passport is priced at 299 TL per day.
- You can use your internet abroad without any additional charge, and for minutes and SMS, you can use them within the scope of the Red Passport Option.
- You can benefit from the Passport option by sending a text message with “HERSEYDAHIL” to 8008 or by choosing the registration option for the Red All-Inclusive option in the *8008# menu.
- To cancel the Red Passport Option, you can send a text message with “HERSEYDAHIL IPTAL” to 8008 or cancel the option from the Red All-Inclusive option in the *8008# menu.
- The billing period is 60 seconds.

Red All Inclusive Passport Countries
Fundamentals
- As of December 20, 2016, the All-Inclusive Passport is automatically assigned to all new individual Red subscribers and existing non-contracted individual Red subscribers. For existing contracted individual Red subscribers, it will be assigned upon the expiration of their existing commitment.
- As of December 20, 2016, the use of the internet abroad is also included in the All-Inclusive Passport for individual subscribers outside of Turkey. For existing contracted individual subscribers, this change will be applied upon the expiration of their existing commitment.
- If the operators specified in the All-Inclusive Red Passport Countries are not used, standard roaming fees will apply.
- Subscribers who choose this option can use their tariff minutes in the following way when making and receiving calls abroad, as long as they choose Vodafone:
- For calls to TRNC numbers (Telsim, KKTCELL, and PSTN)
- For calls to Turkey (Vodafone, Avea, Tcell, Telekom)
- For calls to the country they are in.
- When the usage right of the All-Inclusive Passport is exhausted, calls to Turkey and TRNC are charged at 1.5 TL per minute.
- All international calls and minutes to all directions (minutes obtained through Red Package and contracted Red minutes) will be charged with normal roaming fees when exceeded.
- Subscribers who choose this option can use their tariff SMS to send SMS to all over the world abroad in the valid countries.
- New subscribers to tariff options that can choose this option will be given proportional minutes and SMS rights of the selected tariff during the period between the activation date and the billing date, so they can use the given minutes and SMS rights proportionally if they go abroad during their first billing period.
- Minutes or SMS given through various campaigns cannot be used abroad with this option.
