It is a service that allows you to hide your phone number from the person you are calling.

• The Number Hiding Service is available to all Telsim customers. You can request to show or hide your number during calls by contacting our call center at 0 542 888 0 542.
• If you want to use this service for a single call, you can prevent the recipient from seeing your number by dialing *31# before the phone number you are calling.
• Example: *31#05481234567
• After checking the service status on your line through customer service, if you are using a phone model where the "Clir" service can be enabled or disabled from the "Settings" menu, no further action will be needed in the future.
• Important Note: Due to technical limitations, it may not be possible to hide your number for some international calls. In such cases, the Number Hiding Service cannot be used.

The Number Hiding Service is completely free of charge.
