Super Cool Freeze Service

Super Cool Freeze Service, customers can freeze their tariff for up to 6 months per year, pay no tariff fees during this period, and continue to keep all their tariff benefits unchanged.

Who Can Benefit from the Super Cool Freeze Service?

All Super Cool customers who do not have an active Vodafone Home Internet subscription or a device commitment/contract linked to their tariff can benefit from the Super Cool Freeze Service.

Who Cannot Benefit from the Super Cool Freeze Service?

Super Cool customers who have an active Vodafone Home Internet subscription or a device campaign/commitment linked to their tariff are not eligible for the Super Cool Freeze Service.

How Often Can I Use the Super Cool Freeze Service?

The Super Cool Freeze Service can be activated once per month and used a maximum of twice per calendar year.

How Long Can I Use the Super Cool Freeze Service?

The Super Cool Freeze Service can be used for a maximum period of 3 months per activation. Unless cancelled earlier by the customer, the service remains active for 3 months from the activation date and automatically ends one day before the corresponding date of the third month.

Can I Use My Voice and Data Benefits While the Super Cool Freeze Service Is Active?

No. While the Super Cool Freeze Service is active, customers cannot use mobile data services or make and receive calls. However, to help meet urgent connectivity needs, customers are granted 5 GB of complimentary data valid for 2 days immediately after activating the service. This benefit is also valid in Türkiye.

How Can I Activate the Super Cool Freeze Service?

The Super Cool Freeze Service can be easily activated through the “Services” menu of the My Vodafone app or by visiting a Telsim Shop. To activate the service, customers must have no outstanding bills, including both overdue and current unpaid balances.

If I Cancel the Super Cool Freeze Service, Will My Tariff Continue from Where It Left Off?

Yes. Once the Super Cool Freeze Service is cancelled, your tariff will be reactivated and your tariff benefits and billing cycle will continue from the point at which they were frozen.

What Is the Fee for the Super Cool Freeze Service?

The Super Cool Freeze Service fee is 149.99 TL. This fee is not charged when the service is activated; instead, it will be reflected on the first bill issued after the service ends or is cancelled.
